Job summary

LifeMoves is seeking a Residential Service Coordinator to support tenants by providing crisis response, coordinating housing and services, and maintaining a safe, welcoming site. The role emphasizes compassion, confidentiality, and teamwork to help clients progress toward permanent housing.

Responsibilities include daily operations support, safety monitoring, inventory management, and helping with move‑ins and move‑outs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2–3 years of equivalent experience may substitute for formal education.
• Comfortable using basic technology, including email, Microsoft and Google Suites, and databases to complete administrative tasks.
• Commitment to DEIB and respectful engagement with all individuals.
• Maintains confidentiality, boundaries, and professional conduct in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide calm, supportive crisis response and connect clients to appropriate resources.
• Monitor site safety through rounds and camera observation, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Manage facility meals, supplies, and donations with proper inventory and storage.
• Report maintenance or pest issues promptly and support treatment as needed.
• Create reports, update shift logs, and participate in team meetings.
• Welcome and assist clients during move‑ins/move‑outs, documenting processes and organizing spaces.
