Qualifications

• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable using basic tech for admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide calm crisis response and connect clients to resources.
• Support daily operations with professionalism and compassion.
• Monitor site safety through rounds and cameras; report issues promptly.
• Manage meals, supplies, donations, and inventory.
• Document welcomes, move-ins, and room preparations accurately.
• Create shift reports and participate in meetings; ongoing training.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries; support client stability.
• Complete trainings by deadlines and apply learning to daily work.
• Engage in Lif Moves training programs and safety protocols.
