Corpay in St. Charles, IL is hiring a Housing Coordinator in our ALE division to manage inbound and outbound communications and coordinate temporary housing solutions for clients.

You will be the main point of contact for policyholders, vendors, and internal teams, reporting to the Customer Care Department Assistant Manager, and collaborating across groups to ensure housing needs are met promptly and accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 60 inbound and outbound calls and 100–150 emails daily for temporary housing support.
• Document all interactions in the ACT database with summaries, contact info, and resolutions.
• Track move-out dates, lease expirations, and furniture pickup schedules.
• Assist policyholders with lease extensions, early terminations, and new housing arrangements.
• Collaborate with policyholders, landlords, and internal teams to resolve housing-related issues.
• Submit and update landlord information; notify departments of address changes.
• Address rent-related inquiries and communicate payment terms clearly.
• Assist with inbound Move-Out Call queue and escalate as needed.
• Partner with Furniture Coordinator and Move-Out Department on escalations.
• Mentor new team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
