Community Counseling Center in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking a coordinator to bridge referrals with landlords during the application and move-in process. You will work closely with the Clustered Apartment Supervisor, case managers, and landlords to ensure timely approvals and smooth onboarding for residents.

The role involves documenting per policy standards and assisting applicants with required paperwork, while supporting clients through funding requests and move-in logistics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/HSE/GED required.
• Must hold Valid Driver's License (MO Class E or IL Class D) and current auto insurance.
• Experience coordinating referrals and landlord communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between referrals and landlords during the application/move-in process.
• Communicate with Clustered Apartment Supervisor and Team Leader about referrals and approvals.
• Assist applicants with required paperwork and serve as landlord contact.
• Support clients through the application/move-in process and with case manager coordination.
• Document according to policies per agency standards.
