Job summary

Community Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated coordinator to manage referrals and landlords during the application and move-in process for clustered apartment housing.

You will liaise with supervisors, assist applicants with paperwork, and coordinate with case managers to ensure successful move-ins and funding arrangements. This on-site role supports clients through finalizing housing and related services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/HSE/GED required.
• Must hold valid Driver's License (Class E for MO or Class D for IL residents) and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between referrals and landlords during the application/move-in process.
• Communicate with Clustered Apartment Supervisor and Team Leader regarding referrals and assist with approval.
• Identify vacancies and potential applicants with partnering landlords.
• Assist applicants with required landlord paperwork and serve as landlord point of contact for applicants.
• Serve as resource for clients through the application/move-in process until move-in is complete.
• Coordinate with the client's case manager to ensure needs are met for move-in (SCL funding, furniture, utilities, etc.).
• Attend agency staffing to discuss vacancies and assist with program recruitment.
• Document according to clinical policies and procedures (DMH, CARF, and other programs).
