Job summary
Brilliant Corners is seeking a Housing Coordinator in Los Angeles County to support formerly homeless individuals through housing placement, retention, and coordination with case management services. You will conduct regular home visits, assist with paperwork, and liaise with property providers to ensure sustainable housing outcomes.
The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, excellent organizational skills, and willingness to travel across Los Angeles County.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required (written and spoken).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with homeless populations or HUD programs is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist program participants, case managers, and property providers in navigating housing agencies.
- Coordinate move-ins into scattered-site, project-based, or residential facilities.
- Liaise between program participants and case management services.
- Update data systems with participant information.
- Attend staff meetings and trainings and perform other duties as assigned.
