Job summary

Abode Communities is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to coordinate Beyond Homes activities across Los Angeles County affordable housing sites. You will support residents through light case management, referrals, and program oversight, including youth and senior programs.

Strong communication and networking skills are essential. Qualifications include an Associate degree and at least two years in human services, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of related experience in social work, human services, case management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee community development activities under Beyond Homes initiatives.
• Provide light case management and link residents to social services.
• Track programs and referrals using attendance, notes, and ResidentConnect database.
• Assist with youth programs and aging-in-place initiatives at senior sites.
• Collaborate with on-site partners and service providers.
