Job summary

The People Concern is seeking a Bilingual Case Manager for Project-Based Housing in Los Angeles. This onsite role supports clients experiencing homelessness toward housing stability, using harm reduction and trauma-informed care.

You will maintain caseloads, coordinate services, and collaborate with local agencies to foster housing retention and community reintegration. Strong Spanish proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish language skills to engage with monolingual Spanish-speaking clients.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Willing and able to transport Clients in your personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of approximately 20 high-acuity Clients for intensive case management services.
• Develop relationships with Clients to facilitate independence and health.
• Collaborate with LA County DMH and DHS programs to coordinate treatment teams.
• Engage Clients with harm reduction, housing first principles, and trauma-informed care.
