Job summary

New Hampshire Community Loan Fund seeks an energetic Housing Cooperative Coach to train ROC members, provide governance guidance, and coordinate across in-state communities. You will deliver leadership curricula, assist with budget planning, and support investment and compliance tasks to empower resident-owned communities.

The role requires in-person and remote training, regular night/weekend commitments, and travel within the state.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Active New Hampshire real estate salesperson or broker license or willingness to complete licensure in first six months of employment as directed and financially supported by the organization.
Experience with project management, real estate development, and/or financing systems.
Experience with Salesforce and Monday.com a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide governance support to an assigned portfolio of ROCs, including attending board and membership meetings and updating records.
Lead ROC training and leadership programs, including ROC-NH Community Leadership training series and workshops, delivered in-person and online.
Support the acquisition team during meetings with park residents interested in forming a ROC and inform them about purchasing options.
Assist ROCs to create annual budgets, monitor budgets and meeting minutes, and develop Capital Improvement Plans.
Collaborate with lending team on community financial and loan compliance and coordinate action plans.
