NeighborWorks Montana is seeking a ROC Post Purchase Manager to lead post-purchase technical assistance across Montana’s resident owned communities. The role directly supervises ROC Program Specialists, coordinates governance and financial coaching, and oversees refinancing projects for existing ROCs while collaborating with the Cooperative Housing Director on strategic priorities and risk.

This role requires strong leadership, program management, and the ability to travel across Montana.

Qualificações

• BA/BS in business, public administration, community development, or related field.
• Five years of experience in affordable housing, cooperative development, or related work.
• Experience supervising staff and managing performance.
• Strong project management across statewide portfolios.
• Experience with financial statements, budgets, and loan documents; refinance experience preferred.
• Ability to teach and coach volunteers and engage diverse partners.
• Proficient in Office, CRM, and project management tools; able to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise ROC Program Specialists and ensure accountability.
• Coordinate post-purchase coaching on governance, financials, and operations.
• Lead or coordinate refinancing transactions for existing ROCs.
• Develop annual goals, budgets, staffing plans, and program strategies.
• Oversee asset management, compliance, and financial oversight.
• Foster partnerships with lenders, attorneys, and nonprofit partners.
• Travel statewide for ROC work and periodic out-of-state conferences.
