Job summary

Housing Resources Bainbridge seeks a Homeownership Program Coordinator to support HRB's community land trust initiatives, guiding applicants from education through purchase and ongoing homeowner support. You will coordinate with the Homeownership Director, advance equity, and build partnerships with lenders and community organizations.

The role requires 1+ year in affordable housing, CRM experience, and strong communication skills; in-person/remote work options and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in affordable housing, real estate brokerage services, mortgage lending, title and escrow, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software (Salesforce preferred).
• Technology savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent attention to document details, extremely organized, and deadline driven.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to successfully work as team member, multi-task, and work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in grant and funding reporting (WBARS, SHOP, RCAC, etc.).
• Oversee homebuyer application process.
• Support homebuying process.
• Support stewardship services for homeowners.
• Review program policies with an equity lens and remove barriers for BIPOC, LGBTQ+-diverse households.
• Receive and screen applications, notify status, maintain communication with waitlisted applicants.
• Input data into Salesforce HomeKeeper and OneDrive, update progress.
• Educate buyers on the community land trust model and ground lease restrictions.
• Provide referrals for lenders, counseling, and education courses.
• Coordinate closing deliverables and review closing statements for accuracy.
• Support maintenance of marketing materials and HOA communications.
• Assist with community outreach and partner engagement.
