Job summary

The City of Auburn is seeking a qualified professional to support SKHHP governance, compliance, and data management. You will develop agendas, prepare meetings, and coordinate with the Executive Manager and advisory boards to advance housing projects in South King County.

This role also supports monitoring affordable housing requirements, tracking property contacts and tenant demographics, and coordinating with public agencies to ensure project alignment and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Three years of work experience in affordable housing, project coordination, community outreach, policy research, and data collection/analysis.
• Alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Project evaluation & selection of housing capital projects for funding.
• Planning, staffing, and facilitating monthly Community Advisory Board meetings.
• Support Executive Manager in overseeing compliance for awarded SKHHP projects.
• Collaborate with public funders to align housing capital initiatives.
