Job summary

Plymouth Housing in Seattle, WA seeks a Compliance Coordinator to manage income certification and tenant files, ensuring compliance with capital funders such as SHA, King County, Commerce, WSHFC, and LIHTC programs. This is an in-person role with future potential for hybrid work.

You will collaborate with Property Management and Social Services, develop audit-ready policies, train staff, and support reporting to funders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Experience with income and rent calculations is desired.
  • Training in compliance issues, HUD regulations and tax credits is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Manage income certification for residential rental units to ensure funder compliance.
  • Observe and implement data requirements for audits and reporting.
  • Develop and implement policies to address audit findings and regulatory changes.
  • Oversee recertification process with Property Management.
  • Assist with training materials for staff on tax credit and Section 8 subsidies.
