Job summary

Plymouth Housing in Seattle seeks a Compliance Coordinator to ensure compliance with capital funders for affordable housing units. You will manage income certifications, maintain tenant files, report to funders, and support the Compliance and Payee Manager with pre-audit reviews.

This is a unionized role represented by Local 8 of the OPEIU, requiring collaboration across Property Management and Social Services to sustain quality, accurate operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a related field.
• Experience with compliance issues, HUD regulations, or tax credits is desired.
• Experience working with vulnerable populations is desired.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• C3P Certification within a year is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage initial income certification for residential units to ensure funder compliance.
• Maintain tenant files and support pre-audit reviews and policy development.
• Train staff on tax credit and Section 8 subsidy programs with cross-department collaboration.
• Coordinate with Property Management and Social Services to ensure timely recertifications.
• Prepare reports for funders and assist in audits and annual reporting.
