Job summary

The City of Auburn, WA is seeking a capable professional to support the South King Housing and Homelessness Partners (SKHHP) program. You will manage governance workflows, prepare agendas, facilitate meetings, and handle follow-up tasks for the Executive Manager and Advisory Board.

You will assist with annual reporting, monitor affordable housing requirements, and maintain data on properties, tenants, and asset health while coordinating with public agencies and project sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Support governance-related workflows, including agenda development, meeting preparation, facilitation, and follow-up for the Executive Manager and Advisory Board.
• Assist with annual reporting, monitoring affordable housing requirements, and maintaining systems tracking property contacts, tenant demographics, and asset health.
• Coordinate with public agencies, monitor projects, and partner with the Executive Manager on day-to-day administrative and organizational needs.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Land-Use Planning, Community Development, Urban Planning, Public Policy, Architecture, Ethnic Studies, or closely related field
