Plymouth Housing Group is hiring a Compliance Coordinator in Seattle, WA. This role ensures income certification for rental units, maintains tenant files, and supports funders with reporting and compliance reviews.

The position involves training staff on tax credit and Section 8 programs, coordinating live-in staff move-ins, and collaborating with Property Management and Social Services to stay audit-ready.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a related field.
• Experience with income and rent calculations.
• Training in compliance issues, HUD regulations and tax credits is desired.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• C3P Certification within a year of hire or as soon as it is offered.

Responsibilities

• Manage the initial and ongoing income certification process for residential rental units.
• Maintain tenant files and reports for funders.
• Support compliance audits and pre‑audit reviews.
• Develop and deliver training materials for staff on tax credits and Section 8.
• Coordinate move-ins for live‑in staff with HR, Property Management and Payroll.
• Enter tenant data and perform rent calculations for reports to funders.
• Ensure lease-up paperwork is complete and audit-ready.
