Metropolitan Development Housing Authority (MDHA) is seeking a Housing Choice Voucher Quality Control & Training Analyst in Nashville, TN. The role focuses on monitoring transaction accuracy, identifying trends, and translating findings into effective staff training to strengthen compliance and service delivery.

The position supports the Rental Assistance Department by ensuring core processes are consistent, compliant and resident-focused.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, social services, education or related field and 5–7 years of progressive experience in quality control, auditing, compliance, training or closely related work.
• Experience reviewing case files, transactions or service interactions for accuracy and compliance using checklists or standardized tools.
• Experience developing and/or delivering training, coaching or technical assistance to staff.

Responsibilities

• Performs ongoing quality control reviews to ensure program compliance with policies and HUD regulations; documents findings and follow-up actions.
• Provides supervision and guidance to new hires during training, including onboarding activities and addressing initial personnel matters.
• Reviews federal and state legislation, HUD notices and guidance; analyzes regulations and provides staff training briefs.
• Develops and delivers staff training to implement changes in systems, policies and procedures and creates performance indicators.
• Assists in development, testing and implementation of automated systems and technology used by the department.
• Prepares routine correspondence and written guidance as needed.
• Manages compliance with HUD systems (PIC and EIV) ensuring timely reporting and resolution of discrepancies.
• Collects SEMAP data for compliance and submits MDHA's annual SEMAP certification.
