Qualifications

• Two years of college education plus four years of responsible property management experience.
• Valid Tennessee driver’s license and multiple certifications (COS, Tax Credit, Home, BOS, CFS).
• Knowledge of HUD rules, MDHA policies and rent/budget processes.

Responsibilities

• Review tenant accounts, manage vouchers, and participate in annual property budgets.
• Ensure compliance with HUD Occupancy Handbook and MDHA procedures.
• Lead property management operations in the absence of the Property Manager.
• Supervise daily office operations and provide training to leasing staff.
• Handle resident requests and enforce lease provisions with professional conduct.
