Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with two years of recent experience in rent assistance or social services.
• Associate degree with four years of recent experience in rent assistance or social services.
• HS diploma/GED with six years of recent experience in rent assistance or social services.

Responsibilities

• Provide program information to clients seeking rent assistance.
• Apply applicable regulations and procedures to determine eligibility.
• Determine accurate rental assistance payments under the Housing Choice Voucher program.
