The Salvation Army Owens Campus in Las Vegas, NV is hiring a full-time, non-exempt position to provide trauma-informed housing support and manage resident files. The role requires collaboration with coordinators and staff to coordinate intake, plan meetings, and maintain accurate documentation.

Candidates should have a relevant degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Sociology or related field, or four years experience performing case management in a residential program.

Responsabilidades

• Provide trauma-informed care to residents related housing needs.
• Maintain resident files and ensure records are up-to-date.
• Coordinate intake assessments and plan resident meetings.
• Assist in organizing case conferences and required reports.
• Ensure units are move-in ready and conduct periodic inspections.
• Maintain occupancy targets and participate in recruitment of residents.
