Job summary

The Salvation Army in North Las Vegas is seeking a full-time, non-exempt Case Manager to support homeless and at-risk veterans and their families. You will conduct intake, assessment, and service planning, and coordinate housing referrals.

Responsibilities include data entry into HMIS/SQUARES, documenting compliance, outreach, and collaborating with VA staff and community partners to address education, employment, and health needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services discipline.
• A minimum of 4 years of related employment experience may substitute for degree requirements.
• Experience with homeless or at-risk veterans and families preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 15 cases.
• Conduct intake, assessments, and initial service planning.
• Provide referrals and housing placement support.
• Enter data in HMIS/SQUARES with documentation compliance.
• Conduct outreach in local communities and support veterans and families.
• Coordinate care with VA personnel and health services.
