The Salvation Army Owens Campus in Nevada seeks a full-time Housing/Resident Services Coordinator to provide trauma-informed care and manage residential housing operations. You will maintain resident files, coordinate intake meetings, inspections, and reports, ensuring move-in readiness and high occupancy while collaborating with service coordinators and the maintenance team.

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of equivalent case management experience.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate with multiple teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide trauma-informed care to residents related housing needs.
• Maintain resident files and organize intake/assessment meetings.
• Coordinate repairs, inspections, and monthly statistics reporting.
• Ensure move-in readiness and 90% unit occupancy.
• Enter data into HMIS/CMIS and assist with program policies.
