• AA degree preferred or equivalent experience.

• Provide supportive services to address barriers and advance resident goals.
• Maintain tenant rosters with entry-exits for the property.
• Monitor for signs of de-compensation or crisis and respond accordingly.
• Document resident participation and progress toward goals.
• Complete intake and orientation with new residents.
