Job summary

Rural Resources Community Action in Colville, WA is seeking a Housing Case Manager within the Housing Department. The role provides information, assistance and comprehensive case management services to individuals or families in housing-related needs.

You will assess needs, develop service plans, coordinate referrals, advocate with other providers, and help clients access resources. Experience with community programs and knowledge of housing regulations in the area are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of related community resources and regulations applicable to housing services.

Responsibilities

• Complete the initial interviews with the client and family to assess eligibility for services.
• Gather relevant data from client, family, and agencies to form a housing assessment.
• Assist clients to access resources via direct assistance and referrals.
• Act as liaison between client, family and professionals involved in the intervention plan.
• Provide budgeting and basic life skills support, and assist with landlord-related issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
