The ideal candidate will have a BA in human services, experience with chronic homelessness, and skills in crisis response. A competitive salary and benefits are offered, with a signing bonus of $1500.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years working with chronic homeless, SUD or mental health.
• Prior experience with homeless individuals.
• Knowledge and skills in providing case management.
