Job summary

Shaner Group is seeking a hotel housekeeping associate in Buffalo, NY. This in-person role offers both full-time and part-time schedules with a pay rate of $17 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

You will maintain public spaces, respond to guest requests, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards across all hotel areas. Ideal candidates have at least one year of experience in hotel cleaning, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean hotel public areas as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness.
• Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints.
• Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
• Returns and restocks cart at end of shift.
• Complete additional deep cleaning / seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned.
