Job summary

Residence Inn Wesley Chapel is seeking an Evening Houseperson (4pm-11pm) to maintain clean and orderly guestrooms and public areas. You will respond to guest requests, identify and assist with maintenance issues, and manage linen and trash on assigned floors to support our housekeeping team.

The role involves walking floors, stocking par linen, and assisting guests with in-room issues, while contributing to a welcoming hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Maintain guestrooms, working areas, and hotel premises in a clean and orderly condition.
• Respond promptly to guest and department requests and address maintenance issues.
• Handle linen and trash collection and replenishment on assigned floors.

Responsibilities

• Receives linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Removes trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
• Assist Guest with any in room issues (i.e. Tv, Phones, toilets etc)

Job description

As Houseperson (4pm-11pm), you respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify, fix and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner.
