You will supervise housekeeping operations, inspect guest spaces, and coordinate daily tasks to maintain top standards while collaborating with Front Office and Engineering teams.

The role emphasizes training staff, improving guest service, and managing inventory in a fast-paced pre‑opening environment with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising housekeeping staff and daily operations.
• Ability to conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
• Strong communication with Front Office and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support housekeeping staff to ensure efficient daily operations and standards.
• Inspect guest rooms, suites, corridors, and public areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate daily assignments and ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest service.
• Communicate room status updates with Front Office and Engineering.
• Monitor inventory and manage housekeeping supply levels.
• Assist in labor hour management and scheduling based on occupancy.
• Ensure safety and adherence to SOPs.
