Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is opening Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells and seeks an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead nightly operations while the property prepares for launch. You will supervise staff, ensure cleanliness standards, manage schedules, and collaborate with Front Office and Engineering to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping or hotel operations experience.
• 1 year in a supervisory or lead role preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support housekeeping staff to ensure efficient daily operations and adherence to resort cleanliness standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, suites, corridors, and public areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate daily assignments and ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks and guest requests.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest service and attention to detail.
• Communicate room status updates and maintenance issues with Front Office and Engineering teams.
