Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is opening Dellshire Resort, a luxury pre-opening property in Wisconsin Dells. We seek an Engineering Supervisor to assist the Director of Engineering in running daily maintenance, leading a skilled team, and ensuring safety and efficiency across guest rooms and public areas.

You’ll perform hands-on tasks, oversee preventive maintenance, and collaborate on projects to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade schooling preferred.
• Technical or trade school certification is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years maintenance/engineering in hotel or resort environment.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance and repair activities across the resort property.
• Provide leadership, training, and direction to the engineering team.
• Perform hands-on maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical tasks.
• Support preventive maintenance program implementation and documentation.
• Inspect guest rooms, equipment, and public areas for safety and functionality.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests with minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain records of work orders and completed repairs.
• Assist with safety training and assurer compliance with codes and standards.
• Collaborate on special projects, capital improvements, and energy-saving initiatives.
