Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking hospitality staff for Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells, opening in Spring 2026. You will join a pre-opening team delivering guest-focused service in a unique Midwestern setting.

This role supports servers, maintains dining areas, ensures safety standards, and contributes to a polished guest experience while building a career with a national leader in hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, organization and efficiency.
• Professional demeanor and appearance per Dellshire Resort standards.
• Ability to stay calm, guest-focused under pressure.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables quickly.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables and support timely service.
• Maintain dining areas, side stations, and service corridors.
• Sanitize, polish, and stock tables, chairs, glassware, and utensils.
• Restock service stations with silverware, napkins, condiments.
• Support water and beverage refills and guest requests.
• Communicate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff for smooth service.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of dining rooms and banquets.
• Transport soiled dishes to the dishwashing area safely.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures per regulations.
• Maintain overall restaurant cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain professional appearance and positive guest interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Food & Beverage leadership.
