Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for the Sheraton Music City Hotel in Nashville. You will oversee housekeeping staff, ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction, and manage daily operations to maintain the hotel’s high standards.

Ideal candidates have housekeeping experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to move and lift within a busy hotel setting. This full-time role emphasizes safety, training, and cost-conscious management of supplies.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry or move materials up to 100 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Ability to move throughout the building, bend, stoop and reach to assist other staff as needed.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff with training, coaching and performance feedback.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate, resolve problems and advise on discipline when needed.
• Supervise and inspect cleaning of guest rooms, turndown, public areas and back of house.
• Assign staff tasks and review special requests to ensure smooth operations.
• Distribute supplies at shift start and manage inventory to control costs.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Log Lost and Found items and answer inquiries to maintain controls.
• Implement emergency training and procedures to protect guests and staff.
• Maintain attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
