HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor for Waymore’s Guest House in East Nashville, a boutique hotel known for its vibrant ambiance. You will supervise housekeeping staff, ensure high standards of cleanliness, train and coach team members, and coordinate with front-of-house operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage staffing, schedules, safety training, and performance feedback while maintaining compliance with health standards and hotel

Formación

• Housekeeping supervisor experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs., with or without accommodation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise housekeeping staff; provide communication, training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure efficiency.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance, resolve problems, and enforce discipline when needed.
• Supervise and inspect cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to meet cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.
• Assign tasks to staff and manage supplies to control inventory and costs.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries to ensure guest satisfaction; handle lost-and-found items and inquiries.
• Implement emergency procedures and ensure safety of guests and staff; comply with attendance expectations.
• Perform other housekeeping-related duties as assigned.
