Sheraton Music City in Nashville is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain clean, safe rooms and public areas for guests and vendors. You will perform routine cleaning, restock supplies, and ensure a high standard of presentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, extend arms over head, and clean rooms.
• Willing to pitch-in and help co-workers with their duties.
• Knowledge of cleaning agents and safe operation of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to push/pull equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Adapt communication style to various audiences and situations.

Responsibilities

• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters and floors in guest rooms.
• Adhere to cleaning procedures and use of cleaning agents.
• Strip beds and change linens, may involve lifting heavy items up to 50 lbs.
• Dust furniture, pictures, drawers, ledges and shelves thoroughly.
• Push/pull vacuum and empty trash; restock amenities and supplies.
• Sign for room keys and ensure room readiness; maintain attendance.
