Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of related management experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities and lead a team.
• Strong customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate housekeeping functions for unit and plan staffing, supplies and equipment.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve complaints per customer service standards.
• Recruit, supervise, train, schedule, discipline, and direct housekeeping staff.
• Assist with budgeting and monitor expenditures of funds.
• Evaluate products and equipment; order supplies as needed.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance and overall facility cleanliness.
