Qualifications

• Experience as Housekeeping Supervisor or similar preferred.
• Experience providing cleaning/maintenance services for companies or organizations preferred.
• Comfortable using industrial cleaning equipment and products.
• Excellent management and organizational skills.
• Capable of creating schedules with a computer.

Responsibilities

• Create and update housekeeping schedules daily.
• Hire and train all housekeeping staff.
• Ensure company cleaning standards are consistently met.
• Assist as needed in cleaning according to company standards.
• Assist with deep cleanings, as necessary.
• Organize and maintain stock of supplies and laundry.
• Report maintenance issues to the maintenance department and/or management.
