Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Midland is seeking an organized Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily operations across guest rooms, front and back of house, and the laundry. The role includes covering Executive Housekeeper duties in their absence and conducting daily stand‑ups with the team.

You will inspect rooms for quality, manage supplies, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards while delivering exceptional guest service. This full‑time role requires a can‑do attitude and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to perform this job.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Willing to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping team and daily stand‑up with staff.
• Inspect rooms and public spaces for quality and cleanliness.
• Manage guest request log and VIP requests.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with Engineering as needed.
• Maintain stock of housekeeping and laundry supplies; order as required.
• Balance room status and reports; resolve discrepancies in absence of supervisor.
• Maintain Lost and Found procedures and enforce chemical safety.
