Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality for guests daily. You will recruit, train, schedule, and develop associates; inspect guest rooms and public areas; manage budgets and inventory; and partner with Maintenance to address repairs.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of leadership in hotel housekeeping, Hilton brand experience preferred, and strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hotel housekeeping leadership experience.
• Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper experience preferred.
• Hilton brand experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience managing labor budgets, inventories, and productivity standards.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Directing all housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Recruiting, training, scheduling, and developing housekeeping associates.
• Conducting daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, meeting spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Ensuring compliance with Hilton brand standards and company expectations.
• Managing labor costs, productivity, and departmental budgets.
• Maintaining inventory controls and ordering supplies.
• Coordinating room readiness with the Front Office team to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Partnering with Maintenance to address repair and preventative maintenance needs.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and OSHA requirements.
• Driving guest satisfaction scores and service excellence initiatives.
• Building a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
