Job summary

Homewood Suites Midland, operated by Aimbridge Hospitality, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee a team of room attendants and ensure spotless, guest-ready facilities at our Midland property.

You will lead daily operations, train staff, manage safety and key control, and uphold cleanliness standards while maintaining a positive work environment. A high school diploma and 2–3 years in a hotel setting are required; supervisory experience is preferred. Competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations with inspections, reports, and productivity checks.
• Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication and hands-on training.
• Handle lost-and-found, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas with safety in mind.
• Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment.
