Job summary

Lodgco's Hampton Inn Midland is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping and laundry teams, coordinate daily activities, interview and evaluate staff, and help ensure high cleanliness and guest satisfaction across all areas.

You will assist the General Manager with payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reports, enforce safety standards, manage supplies, and hold regular team meetings to review procedures and performance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years hotel experience is a plus.
• Supervising experience preferred.
• Satisfactory criminal background screening required.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping and laundry personnel.
• Interview applicants, evaluate employees, coach and counsel staff.
• Assist with payroll, overtime monitoring, and weekly schedules.
• Inspect hotel areas daily for cleanliness and security.
• Manage inventories, reports, and supply purchases.
• Lead monthly departmental meetings and review procedures.
