You will train, schedule, and coach associates, screen applicants, and ensure rooms are cleaned efficiently. The role requires supervising staff, managing occupancy, and maintaining safety standards with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff to meet guest service and sustainability standards.
• Be aware of guest service scores and drive improvements.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage occupancy with vendors when needed.
• Assist in breakfast area as required.
• Maintain safety and MSDS/OSHA compliance.
• Support laundry operations if applicable.
• Address performance concerns with staff or vendors.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
