Job summary

Island Hospitality Management is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a hotel housekeeping team, ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms, and set a strong example for your crew. You will take personal accountability for cleanliness, communicate across departments, and uphold brand standards to maximize guest satisfaction.

This role requires flexible scheduling and the ability to train new staff, coordinate with maintenance and front desk, and participate in preventative maintenance

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and teamwork skills to manage a housekeeping team.
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues affecting guest rooms and operations.
• Excellent communication with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
