Responsibilities

• Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing sheets, towels, restocking supplies, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, and preparing rooms for guests.
• Inspect rooms and public spaces daily to ensure all areas meet brand and IHM standards.
• Train new housekeeping staff to follow the service standards and the guest service guarantee.
• Coordinate with maintenance and front desk on equipment, repairs, and room readiness.
