Job summary

Aloft Hillsboro is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Hillsboro, OR. You will lead and inspect guest rooms to ensure they are comfortable, inviting, and clean, while supervising Room Attendants and House Persons across designated areas.

Responsibilities include training, inventory assessment, and coordinating with Engineering to maintain guest room conditions. The role requires the ability to inspect 25–80 rooms daily and to move large items as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising room attendants and house persons.
• Ability to inspect 25 to 80 rooms per day.
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards and guestroom quality.
• Strong communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and House Persons to meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Assess inventory, assign cleaning tasks, and inspect rooms.
• Verify and report status and discrepancies of rooms.
• Monitor stock rooms and carts, coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations for maintenance.
• Perform Room Attendant and/or House Person duties as needed.
