HHM Hotels in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms to established standards. You will greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting and ensure rooms are refreshed with clean linens and amenities.

Responsibilities include cleaning, restocking, and reporting repairs, while maintaining safety and efficiency. Prior housekeeping experience and English communication are preferred. Schedule may include holidays and weekends.

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to established standards within time frames.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with warm, friendly interactions.
• Clean guest rooms to standards within the allotted time by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Polish furniture and fixtures; dust surfaces.
• Notify managers about repairs needed in rooms.
• Follow lost and found procedures for guest items.
• Practice safe work habits and wear protective equipment.
• Perform house person and lobby duties as needed.
• Support guest satisfaction and overall hotel experience.
