Responsibilities

• Provide routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the facility stays in good condition.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and complete work orders (e.g., replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, patching vinyl).
• Inspect and repair electrical systems, air conditioning controls, lighting, and related equipment.
• Maintain the hotel's pool, including chemical adjustments and filter cleaning; document maintenance logs.
• Maintain the building exterior and curb appeal (snow removal, lawn care, painting, trash removal, gardening).
• Refurbish furniture and fixtures in guest rooms and respond to guest questions and requests to ensure satisfaction.
