Olympia Hospitality is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to join our team. You will lead, train, and support staff, maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces..

You will conduct inspections, control costs, and collaborate with front office, maintenance, and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences. A bilingual variant is a plus, with opportunities for growth in a recovery‑friendly, team‑oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior housekeeping/rooms experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and service excellence.
• Maintain cleanliness standards for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain quality control to improve guest satisfaction and property reputation.
• Manage inventory of supplies and assist in budgeting for housekeeping operations.
• Collaborate with front office, maintenance, and F&B to coordinate guest services.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies are followed.
• Promote sustainable practices and accurate documentation of activities.
