Job summary

Olympia Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to ensure spotless guest rooms and public areas, delivering warm, attentive service that enhances every stay.

You will follow established cleanliness standards, restock supplies, and collaborate with a team to maintain a safe, welcoming environment across our hotels.

This physically active role requires stamina and adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies while delivering consistent hospitality.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping/cleaning experience and customer service experience preferred.
• Physically demanding role requiring long periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting.
• Provide high-level customer service and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to established cleanliness and hygiene standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
• Restock linens, towels, and toiletries and report deficiencies or damages to the housekeeping supervisor.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as shampooing carpets, scrubbing floors, and sanitizing bathroom fixtures.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner while respecting privacy and confidentiality during room cleaning and service.
• Coordinate with housekeeping supervisors and hotel staff to ensure smooth operation of housekeeping services.
• Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations and report safety hazards or incidents.
