Job summary

OTO Development is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. You will coordinate schedules with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure timely, quality service and adherence to standards.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to training. You will monitor labor costs, enforce safety procedures, and maintain guest satisfaction through a spotless, well-organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, meeting rooms, public spaces, and hallways for cleanliness and order.
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance schedules according to guest needs, in coordination with front desk and maintenance personnel.
• Verify completion of laundry and inventory restocking.
• Train and coach housekeeping staff on tasks and daily schedules; conduct new employee training.
• Support leadership in managing labor costs within budget and staffing guidelines for rooms sold.
• Follow safety guidelines; participate in property safety committee and emergency response.
• Manage supply inventory and storage procedures; ensure safe chemical handling.
