Qualifications

• Experience as a room attendant or rooms inspector.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive work environment promoting teamwork and service excellence.
• Maintain cleanliness standards for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure standards.
• Maintain quality control to improve guest satisfaction scores.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and related materials.
• Develop and manage housekeeping budget, including labor and supplies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations compliance.
• Promote sustainable housekeeping practices and document activities.
